The floor and apex roof are also made from superior 12mm tongue and groove, with the latter enjoying a weatherproof felt covering to keep out the rain. The shed's traditional design ensures that it isn't just robust, secure and weathertight, but looks exceptionally smart too.Access to this garden shed is gained via a fully-framed, ledged and braced door, which boasts zinc bolted hinges and is secured by a security pad-bolt protector (padlock not included), to keep expensive tools and bicycles completely safe. In keeping with the security-conscious design, the strip of small, toughened-glass windows is placed high on the side of the structure to deter unwanted attention. The number of windows is dependent on the door position chosen.Supplied with a reassuring 1-year parts guarantee (excluding roof felt), this storage shed has been dip treated, should be re-treated within 6 weeks of assembly and annually thereafter, in order to protect the wood from rot and maintain its handsome appearance.Why not upgrade to pressure-treated? This extends the anti-rot guarantee to 15 years. PLUS, we'll upgrade the cladding to extra-thick 15mm - FOR FREE! Please be aware that the pressure treated timber still requires waterproofing upon assembly and then on an annual basis.This premium security shed is available in a wide range of sizes.
